Landfill Gas Equipment
As the U.S. population consumes goods, we generate significant amounts of waste, much of which is organic. This waste contains a wide range of chemical compounds that break down in landfill cells. In this anaerobic environment, bacteria thrive, producing methane gas while leachate liquids accumulate at the bottom of the cell.
At PRM, we offer solutions to help ensure the proper management of these liquids and gases. Liquids in the form of leachate and condensate liquids are removed for treatment/disposal. Removal of these liquids yields more space for gas generation. These gases are collected and either flared off where required or used for Gas to Energy co-generation.
Blower Packages up to 10,000 CFM from all the major manufacturers: Eurus, Roots, Gardner-Denver, Tuthill, Rotron, Gast, Airtech, and more.
Remote monitoring and control of equipment including flares, blowers, pumps, levels, lift stations, and more.
Utility/Candlestick flare and Enclosed flare designs available for short and long-term lease. Includes blower skid, blower, knockout tank, and controls.
Create a negative pressure in the well field to transfer the gas to the flare station or engine for co-generation.
Measure methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, and gas temperature with LFG analyzers and Siemens ULTRAMAT.
Treat and condition landfill gas at flow rates of 500 – 10,000 CFM with Siloxane reduction and monitoring, and BioGas filtration and dehydration.
Systems for dewatering landfill wells typically include a UL listed control panel, transducer, pump delivery skid, environmental pump end, and motor providing flow rates up to 500 GPM.
Designed for the dewatering of vertical leachate wells and condensate sumps in the harshest conditions.
Built to withstand the most extreme conditions with exceptional corrosion and temperatures resistance.
